Who doesn’t love cinnamon rolls? We based this off one of our childhood recipes & made it a little healthier.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
First make “bisquik”
mix together:
2 1/2 C flour (suggest oat or regular)
1/8 C Baking Powder
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C soft butter (can be vegan or regular)

Should be a dry mixture. NEXT combine:
3 Tbsp
2 1/3 C “bisquik”
2/3 C milk of choice (we used oat)
3 tbsp of melted butter

Mix together until doughy consistency. Then put some flour down on your counter, get out your rolling pin (or wine bottle) & roll the dough until a thin pizza crust height. Preheat the oven to 400 & grease a muffin tin.

Next, melt 2-3 Tbsp of butter and get out cinnamon, white & brown sugar. Brush the melted butter all over the top of the dough. Sprinkle a healthy layer of cinnamon sugar on top of the butter. Next begin rolling the dough up. Periodically drizzle some more butter on the backend of the dough as it’s being rolled up. Once it’s completely rolled up, cut it into 2-3 inch thick smaller rolls. Place into the muffin tin slots. Top with brown sugar & a little more butter😛. Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
