MOODDD today as we reminisce on vacation last week and try to stay zen with all the anxieties that we face today.

As it’s such a big day for us all, there are still so many unknowns at the moment and that can be very overwhelming. Here are a few ways we are dealing with the anxiety that Election Day brings:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 Get outdoors and move your body! This is the best way to reduce anxiety, even if it’s just a 15 minute walk. It will help!
🌟 Limit the amount of time you are watching/reading the news. As it’s important to watch, it can be very consuming. Set time limits for yourself.
🌟 Read a book. Getting lost in a fiction novel does wonders for the stressors in your brain.

Make sure to get out there and if you haven’t already! Vote for yourself, your children, your family, your friends, for those who don’t have the privilege to express their voice. For freedom, for justice and for equality.
